Estimated reading: 1 minute 5 views

Overview

View tracking records when supported entity pages are opened by users.

What this feature does

It can show which user viewed a record, when they viewed it, and related context such as IP address or device information where available.

Why it is useful

  • It helps understand access to sensitive records.
  • It supports investigations when a record was viewed before an important change.
  • It adds context beyond create, update, and delete activity.

Who should read this?

RISE Admin, Security Officer, System Owner.

Where to find it

Rise Audit Pro → View Log, and supported RISE CRM entity pages.

How to use it

  1. Open a supported entity page as a user.
  2. Open Rise Audit Pro → View Log.
  3. Filter by entity type, user, or date.
  4. Review the view event details.

Example workflow

A sensitive invoice was viewed by multiple users before an amount change. The admin checks View Log to see who accessed it.
