- Open an alert rule.
- Review the condition fields.
- Choose the entity, action, or trigger criteria.
- Save and test the rule.
- Adjust conditions if the rule is too noisy or too narrow.
Example workflow
Instead of alerting on every update, an admin creates a condition for invoice updates only when the action is related to finance entities.
