Exporting Activity Logs
Overview
Activity Log exports let administrators download audit data for reporting, investigation, or compliance review.
What this feature does
They export all or filtered log results depending on the export action used.

RISE Admin, System Owner, Compliance Officer, Security Officer.
Where to find it
Rise Audit Pro → Activity Log → Export CSV, Export XLS, or Export Filtered CSV.
How to use it
- Apply filters if you only need a specific result set.
- Click the required export button.
- Store the exported file securely.
- Share the file only with authorized people.
Example workflow
Before a monthly compliance review, the admin exports all activity related to invoices and user permissions during the selected period.

Common mistakes
- Exporting sensitive logs and sending them through unsecured channels.
- Forgetting that exports may contain IP addresses, usernames, titles, or internal record information.
- Giving export permissions to users who do not need them.
