Downloading and Exporting Reports
Overview
Report downloads and exports let administrators keep or share reporting outputs outside the live CRM interface.
What this feature does
They help convert summaries into files that can be reviewed, archived, or sent to authorized stakeholders.

- It helps management review system activity without logging into RISE CRM.

System Owner, RISE Admin, Compliance Officer.
Where to find it
Rise Audit Pro → Reports, Executive Summary, or other report pages where export is available.
How to use it
- Open the report page.
- Apply the correct date range or filters.
- Review the report on screen.
- Click the export, download, or print action if available.
- Store the generated file securely.
Example workflow
A compliance officer exports a quarterly report and stores it in the company’s internal compliance folder.
