Estimated reading: 1 minute 5 views

Overview

Report downloads and exports let administrators keep or share reporting outputs outside the live CRM interface.

What this feature does

They help convert summaries into files that can be reviewed, archived, or sent to authorized stakeholders.

Why it is useful

  • It supports audits and internal reporting.
  • It creates offline records.
  • It helps management review system activity without logging into RISE CRM.

Who should read this?

System Owner, RISE Admin, Compliance Officer.

Where to find it

Rise Audit Pro → Reports, Executive Summary, or other report pages where export is available.

How to use it

  1. Open the report page.
  2. Apply the correct date range or filters.
  3. Review the report on screen.
  4. Click the export, download, or print action if available.
  5. Store the generated file securely.
