Entity Timeline
Overview
Entity Timeline shows a chronological view of events for a selected record.
What this feature does

Why it is useful
- It helps reconstruct what happened to a record.
- It is easier to review than a flat table for long investigations.
- It connects create, update, delete, view, and related events where available.
Who should read this?
RISE Admin, Security Officer, Support Manager.
Where to find it
Rise Audit Pro → Entity Timeline, or from a record history button if available.
How to use it
- Open the entity timeline page or button.
- Select or open the target entity.
- Review events from oldest to newest or newest to oldest depending on the interface.
- Open diff or event details where available.
Example workflow
