The Watchlist page shows the entities currently being monitored by the user or team depending on permissions and configuration.
What this feature does
It gives a central place to manage watched records and quickly open related history.

- It helps users review what they are following.
- It supports ongoing security, finance, project, or support investigations.

RISE Admin, Staff User, Project Manager, Security Officer.
Where to find it
Rise Audit Pro → Watchlist.
How to use it
- Open Watchlist.
- Review watched records.
- Open a record or history view if needed.
- Remove records that no longer need monitoring.
- Use filters if available.
Example workflow
A security officer reviews the watchlist every week and removes records from completed investigations.
