Tracking Invoice Views

Invoice view tracking records when supported invoice pages are opened by users.

It helps administrators understand who accessed financial records and when.

- It helps review access to sensitive financial information.

Finance Manager, RISE Admin, Security Officer.
Where to find it
RISE CRM → Invoices, then Rise Audit Pro → View Log.
How to use it
- Open an invoice as a permitted user.
- Open View Log.
- Filter by invoice entity or user.
- Review access patterns and timestamps.
- Compare with Finance Audit Trail or Activity Log if the invoice changed.
Example workflow
An invoice amount was changed. The finance manager checks both the invoice update event and recent invoice view events.
