The Entity Type Chart summarizes activity by record type, such as tasks, projects, invoices, clients, or other supported entities.

Where to find it

Rise Audit Pro → Dashboard.

How to use it

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Review the Entity Type Chart.
  3. Identify the most active entity types.
  4. Open Activity Log and filter by that entity type for more detail.

Example workflow

If invoice events are unusually high, the finance manager opens Activity Log filtered by invoices.

Common mistakes

  • Assuming a high entity count is always suspicious.
