Shareable Filter Links
Overview
Shareable filter links allow users to share a specific Activity Log view with another permitted user.
What this feature does
They encode or preserve filter choices so another user can open the same filtered result set, depending on permissions and implementation.

- It reduces confusion when discussing a specific log view.
- It gives support teams a faster way to reference filtered logs.

RISE Admin, Security Officer, Support Manager.
Where to find it
Rise Audit Pro → Activity Log → Share Filter or related action.
How to use it
- Apply the filters needed for the investigation.
- Click the share filter action.
- Copy the generated link if available.
- Send it only to users who have permission to view the log page.
Example workflow
A security officer filters failed sensitive record changes and shares the filtered view with the system owner for review.

Common mistakes
- Sharing filter links with users who do not have permission.
- Assuming a link overrides access control. The recipient still needs permission.
