History Button on Entity Pages
Overview
The History button provides a direct way to open audit information for the current record.
What this feature does
It connects a RISE CRM entity page to the embedded audit tools provided by Rise Audit Pro.
Why it is useful
- It makes audit information discoverable.
- It gives staff a simple action to review record history.
- It avoids searching manually through the full Activity Log.

Staff User, RISE Admin, Team Manager.
Where to find it
Supported entity detail pages where the History button is available.
How to use it
- Open a supported record.
- Find the History button.
- Click it to open the history modal or timeline.
- Review the events related to that record.
Example workflow
A support manager opens a ticket and clicks History to check who changed the status before replying to the client.
