Project History Tab
Overview
The Project History Tab shows project-related audit events directly inside a project page.
What this feature does
It displays recent activity related to the selected project so staff can understand what changed without leaving the project context.
Why it is useful
- It improves project accountability.
- It helps project managers review changes quickly.
- It reduces the need to search the full Activity Log for a single project.
Who should read this?
Project Manager, Staff User, RISE Admin.
Where to find it
RISE CRM → Projects → Open a project → History tab.
How to use it
- Open a project in RISE CRM.
- Select the History tab if available.
- Review project-related events.
- Open change details where available.
- Use Activity Log for advanced filters or export.
Example workflow
A project manager wants to know who changed the project status. They open the project, go to History, and review the latest status update event.

Common mistakes
- Looking only at the general project activity when the audit-specific History tab has more structured data.
- Assuming staff can see the tab without the required permissions.
- Expecting unrelated task or invoice activity to appear unless it is linked to the project.
