Overview

The Activity Log is the main audit trail page in Rise Audit Pro. It shows important create, update, delete, and system activity events recorded across supported RISE CRM entities.

What this feature does

It gives administrators a searchable and filterable view of who performed an action, what entity was affected, when it happened, and what changed.

Why it is useful

  • It helps investigate record changes without manually checking each module.
  • It gives teams accountability for sensitive changes.
  • It can be filtered and exported for reviews, audits, or internal reporting.

Who should read this?

RISE Admin, System Owner, Security Officer, Team Manager.

Where to find it

Rise Audit Pro → Activity Log.

How to use it

  1. Open Rise Audit Pro from the sidebar.
  2. Open Activity Log.
  3. Use filters to narrow the results by entity, action, user, or date.
  4. Click available action buttons to view changes, add notes, export, or investigate further.

Example workflow

A project manager notices that a task status changed unexpectedly. They open Activity Log, filter by task entity and date, then review the user and timestamp of the update.

Common mistakes

  • Reviewing all events without filters on a high-activity system.
  • Assuming an empty log means the plugin is broken before checking entity tracking settings.
  • Giving export access to users who do not need it.
