Tracking Task Views
Overview
Task view tracking records when supported task pages are opened by users.
What this feature does
It adds visibility into who accessed task details before or after task updates.

Project Manager, Staff User, RISE Admin.
Where to find it
RISE CRM → Tasks, then Rise Audit Pro → View Log.
How to use it
- Open a task as a permitted user.
- Open Rise Audit Pro → View Log.
- Filter by task entity or user.
- Review the task view events.
Example workflow
A task priority changed unexpectedly. The project manager checks which users viewed the task before the update.
