2. Open the diff and identify what changed.
3. Review the user and timestamp.
4. Check View Log for access before the change.
5. Check Auth Log if the user or time looks suspicious.
6. Add notes or tags if the event is under review.
7. Export the filtered results if needed.

Example workflow

An invoice amount changed after business hours. The finance manager checks the diff, reviews the user’s login activity, checks who viewed the invoice, and exports the evidence for internal review.
