Entity Type Chart
Overview
The Entity Type Chart summarizes activity by record type, such as tasks, projects, invoices, clients, or other supported entities.
What this feature does
It helps administrators understand which parts of RISE CRM are generating the most audit activity.
Why it is useful
- It reveals heavily used modules.
- It helps focus investigations by entity.
- It supports performance and retention planning.
Who should read this?
RISE Admin, System Owner, Support Manager.
Where to find it
Rise Audit Pro → Dashboard.
How to use it
- Open Dashboard.
- Review the Entity Type Chart.
- Identify the most active entity types.
- Open Activity Log and filter by that entity type for more detail.
Example workflow
If invoice events are unusually high, the finance manager opens Activity Log filtered by invoices.

Common mistakes
- Assuming a high entity count is always suspicious.
