• Apply other supported metadata actions.

Safe workflow

1. Apply precise filters.
2. Select only relevant records.
3. Choose the bulk action.
4. Confirm.
5. Review results.
6. Document the action if it is sensitive.

Warning

Do not use bulk actions on unfiltered high-volume lists. This can affect records you did not intend to process.
